Who we’re looking for
Safety comes first, so we are careful about who joins the team.
Water safety certification
First-Aid/CPR and/or American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification. Tell us what you hold when you apply.
Background check
Every instructor passes a background check before teaching with us.
Comfortable in the water
You are a confident swimmer who is at ease around the pool.
Reliable transportation
You can get yourself to client pools around Central Florida.
Patient and great with kids
You are calm, encouraging and good with babies, children and nervous swimmers.
18 or older
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Do I need to be certified?
We look for instructors who are First-Aid/CPR certified and/or American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors. Tell us about your certifications when you apply.

At our clients’ home and community pools in Orlando, Winter Haven and surrounding areas. See our service area.
Which ages would I teach?
We teach all ages, starting at 6 months old: babies, toddlers, kids, teens and adults.
What about pay and schedule?
We will walk you through pay, schedule and how the role is set up when we talk, so you have the full picture before you decide.
Is there a background check?
Yes. Every instructor passes an interview and a background check, and our instructors are insured.
